It was an average day so far in Raccoon City. A special elite squadron named the R.E.P. were sent to the Arklay Mountains for a training session. There were 28 members in this elite squadron as they were divided into 7 teams of 4. Each team was to search for specific items in the mountains and return back to their Restoration Point. The teams had one week to find their stuff if they wanted a ride back to the city or else they would have to walk back.

As stated in the news that morning strange murders have been happening in the mountains. No one knew about the causes but were careful in the investigations. Each member carried a weapon in case of a dangerous situation came up.
